Belles Golden Mtn. Doodles come from impeccable lines of both ethical breeding and molecular genetics, combining to form a multi-generational line.

The Dame, MISS WILLOW, is an F1BB Goldendoodle, carrying the lowest amount of shedding of all the doodle breeds. The breeder is Dee Galbraith of F1BB’s Goldendoodle’s, New Castle, Colorado. The Sire, TUG, is medium size Bernedoodle. The breeder is Melissa Talbot, of Split Mtn. Doodles, West Haven, Utah. Tug comes with a fully furnished coat, displaying a fluffy teddy bear face, with distinct beard, mustache, eyebrows and hair.

What is a Golden Mountain Doodle? Golden Mountain Doodles, (GMD) are a unique and wonderful hybrid designer breed blending the traits of a Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog, and Poodle. This breed possesses the super affectionate, and trainable nature of the Goldendoodle with the sweet, silly personality of the bernedoodle. They are known for being affectionate, intelligent, and loyal. Temperament: Friendly, outgoing, loving, and relaxed. Shedding: Little to no shedding, making them suitable for most people with allergies.

Size: Similar to a Golden Retriever, weighing 50–80 lbs and standing about two-feet tall at the shoulder. Medium sized Golden Mountain Doodles average around 50 pounds. With TUG, the Sire, being a medium sized Bernedoodle, we estimate this litter to be in the 45-55 pound range fully grown.

Lifespan: 10–15 years.

Coat: Absolutely stunning. Wavy or curly, with a variety of colors (gold, black, cream, red, white) and patterns (solid, parti, phantom, tuxedo, brindle, etc.)

Activity level: Moderate.

Personality: A mix of the Golden Retriever's friendliness, the Bernese Mountain Dog's bouncy goofy loving nature, and the Poodle's obedience, intelligence and athleticism, and the health and temperaments to match.

Miss Willow’s litter arrived on August 6th. There are eight puppies in total. They have already begun puppy pad training with instant success. It’s as if it’s part of their gene pool.

Please keep in mind that the puppies will remain in Miss Willow’s and our care until they’re at least eight-weeks old. They will also receive their distemper and, parvovirus shots at that time. We believe in keeping the puppies all together as a litter for the full eight-weeks, unlike some other breeders, to assure their health and socialization. At the eight-week mark, on or about Saturday, October 10, you’ll be invited to The Brookwillow Village Clubhouse in Grand Junction, Colorado, 2472 Orion Way.

Here, you can meet your puppy, learn more about its personality, ask questions, and then sign the puppy contract, and pay the remaining balance of the adoption fee = $3450.00, if you haven't already done so previously on the website. Keep in mind, pre-payment assures the exact puppy you desire. You’ll then be presented with this newest member of your FAMILY! You’ll be given the above listed items, and be welcomed into this special ‘pack’ of being a BELLES GOLDEN MTN. DOODLE parent, and off you go with your tiny (for now) bundle of joy.

Unable to make the trip? That’s okay. We can provide ground transportation to anywhere within a 4-hour drive for a nominal fee. Live further away? No problem. We can arrange to fly with the puppy, for travel expenses, and our clients just have to meet us at the airport. In both instances, full adoption payment will be required prior to making the trip.

Golden Mountain Doodles are beloved in part for their sweet nature. They're incredibly affectionate, kind-hearted, and relaxed, making them a perfect fit for any family. They love being social and silly, but they're also among the smartest dog breeds in the world. Their life expectancy averages at about ten to fifteen. years, and we always ensure they're in the best health from the moment they're born.All these qualities make them ideal service or therapy dogs, with many currently comforting and helping people in hospitals, schools, assisted living and rehab facilities, across the country. Before your puppy arrives to you, they are in a socialization program. This program, along with spending the first eight weeks with their mother and siblings, ensures that they'll be well adjusted to the world and with other dogs. We take the socialization and emotional well-being of our puppies very seriously, as well as their physical health with testing and vet check-ups.

Raising and training a Golden Mountain Doodle doesn't require any out of the ordinary preparations on your part, but there are a few steps you should taken to ensure that your home is puppy proof. Given the curious inquisitive nature of these dogs, you'll want to hide away things like cleaning supplies or valuables that could be within their reach. As puppies, they'll be eager to explore and play with half the objects they find, so it's better to keep things you don't w ant to be chewed on a higher shelf. It’s important to remember that puppies explore the world with their noses and mouths.

We recommend that you begin training your new puppy as early as you can. The sooner you begin teaching them basic commands, manners, and potty- training, the easier it'll be. You should also have toys ready for them when they get home. They're a relaxed breed, but they still love to play, especially as puppies.

Toys will help keep them entertained and allow them to blow off steam, so they're not racing around the house all day, as we say, doing the “Zoomies,” which is super fun to watch, as long as they’re in control.
